Thank you for your interest in Fenster Boarding School for teens. Founded in 1944, Fenster has had a single purpose to provide an environment in which students can reach their individual potential. Fenster Boarding School's mission is to provide a caring, disciplined structure that will enable students to:
Finally achieve academic success
Grow in self-esteem
Develop responsibility and accountability for their actions
Earn a high school diploma
Gain acceptance into an appropriate college, university, community college or junior college.
To accomplish our mission, we provide a daily structure that encourages success and does not give up on the student. The backbone of our structure comes from you, the parent. Without your support, we could not achieve the educational results that we all seek.
As a young man at UCLA, I had the good fortune to play basketball for one of the legends in collegiate American sports, John Wooden. Aside from winning ten National Championships - more any coach at his level - Coach Wooden's number one priority was always education.
How ironic that the ultimate winner, Coach Wooden, had a completely different view of what success really meant. In fact, Coach Wooden thought the scoreboard could never determine a winner or loser. He defines success as "peace of mind" which comes from knowing you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming.
The Fenster's boarding school staff believes the structure we provide helps our students begin the journey of achieving their best. We appreciate the support that families give us as we work hard to make success for each student happen.

The Fenster Boarding School for teens has held the highest standards for quality education ever since it opened its doors. As a college prep boarding school, we always encourage our students to give their best in every aspect and teach them to be responsible, hard-working individuals.
Positive reinforcement plays a strong role in Fenster's teen boarding school for underachievers. Whether it's individual or group accomplishments, all our students receive recognition for showing hard work, discipline and academic excellence in their different subjects. Our teachers and our guidelines are directed towards achieving those goals.
Fenster Boarding School for underachieving teens can work with your adolescent to help him or her overcome bad habits and learn to apply positive actions in his or her life. Whether it's in academics or extracurricular activities, we encourage all of our students to perform their best. By giving our students such a firm, well-balanced foundation, they graduate prepared to enter a university and apply their skills to the work force.
